I know a lot of people are hype about the performance aspect of Maschine Jam, but for me, it’s been more useful as a tool during the creation stage.
The ability to quickly start or duplicate patterns, adjust them, add new scenes, and generally try out ideas quickly is where the Jam fits into my workflow.
I’m sure everyone will have their own ways of using Jam, there are various features that will appeal to different people. I’m not a performer, but I dig the workflow of having such quick access to patterns and scenes on dedicated buttons.
If you’re using Maschine Jam already, what has it added to your workflow? What features are you using the most?
